El Expresso Burrito- The god father of all burritos, created by Don Perfecto himself!
This gourmet burrito comes wrapped in a giant flour tortilla and is chalk full of
rice, beans, cheese, and meat. We dress it up with guacamole, onions, tomatoes, and
cheese on top. We then pour our special expresso sauce for
the “icing” on the cake. . .or burrito in this case.
EBX doesn’t use lard in its beans. Our vegetarian burritos are a herbivore’s dream come true!
